Job status: Fixed Term - 6-8 month contract

Working hours: Hours of working are in the office 8:30 to 4:30 1/ 2 hour for lunch or 8:30 to 5:00 and 1 hour lunch. When working at home the hours are 9 to 5:30.
Location:Central London, 5 days in the office to start and then 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
Who You'll Be Working for:
Subsidiary of a highly successful automotive business.
What You'll be Doing Each Day:
Liaise (French/English) and co-ordinate efficiently between the group companies, sales groups, distributors, suppliers and service providers for the supply and distribution of products overseas (Mainly Spare Parts and support for Vehicles Businesses).
1. Analyse and assess monthly orders in terms of planning and organising delivery and shipment
2. Establish and sustain close supplier relationship(s).
3. Update and maintain accurate records
4. Issue commission reports in accordance with policy/procedure
