Cathay Investments Limited retail shop, DFL Direct has recently opened at our Head Office, based in Croydon, and is currently looking for a confident, enthusiastic, driven individual to manage the shop daily, as well as conduct telesales. We're looking for a Retail Customer Service Apprentice, where you will not only get hands-on experience selling our products face to face and via the phone, but we will also support you in qualifying in a level 3 customer service apprenticeship.

As a Retail Customer Service Apprentice some of your main responsibilities will be:
* Greeting customers, assisting with product enquiries
* Processing sales transactions accurately
* Handling various payment methods securely
* Professionally managing returns, exchanges, and complaints.
* Resolve concerns or complaints efficiently and courteously, whether in person or via telephone
* Promote offers and build customer relationship to encourage repeat in business.
* Restocking and labelling products, or and when required telesales role!
For this specific role, you will be required in the shop from Tuesday to Saturday. We offer long-term career opportunities in a supportive work environment. We'll support you through our Apprenticeship Scheme with 20% study time per week and helping you to achieve a nationally recognised retail customer service qualification while fostering your learning and development. You’ll need strong customer service skills and a minimum of one year retail experience.
