Telesales Executive – Office based
Location: Chessington with parking
Salary: £24k – £27k plus commission (OTE £5k to £6k), AXA Health Care, Rewards Gateway and 3% pension
Contract Type: Office based, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Role Overview
You will be at the heart of their expansion efforts, building relationships and showcasing their exceptional services. Your contributions will be pivotal in their mission to grow their customer base and achieve their sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and Generate Opportunities: Use your networking skills to uncover new business prospects.
* Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with existing and potential clients, ensuring they feel valued.
* Manage Sales Leads: Follow up promptly on inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
* Meet Targets: Aim to exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
* Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor services, and market conditions.
* Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing teams to deliver the best service to clients.
Ideal Candidate
* Ideally previous experience in sales or business development, will accept driven and self‑motivated individuals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proactive problem‑solver who can overcome objections with ease.
* Experience managing a sales pipeline and hitting targets is essential.
