A Customer Service Admin role in the international export department has become available at DSV Road Ltd, Purfleet. The role will have focus on supporting our European partners with enquiries and do order management on bookings from our UK based customers.
The person we are looking for must be a good communicator, have a positive outlook and a clear focus on high job quality.
The successful candidate, who will be reporting to the customer service supervisor, will be responsible for dealing with bookings from UK customers and day-to-day enquiries related to UK export shipments, investigating issues and liaising with other internal departments within DSV UK.
The applicant must be proactive, organised and punctual, inquisitive and motivated as well as a good attention to detail.
