About the role
Working Monday to Friday, you’ll be responsible for managing fleet administration and compliance for trailers across our network. You’ll ensure services and MOTs are scheduled, compliance documents are organised, and invoices are processed accurately.
You will be responsible for:
Advising depots of service dates and arranging trailer services and MOTs
Collating compliance documents and maintaining organised records
Signing off completed work for invoicing and raising order numbers
Communicating with depots and suppliers to keep operations on track
Using Excel and Outlook to manage schedules and documentation
Supporting audits and ensuring compliance standards are met
Contributing to process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
About you
You’ll have experience in administration, ideally within a fleet or compliance environment, and be confident using Excel and Outlook. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams. You should be comfortable working independently while contributing to a friendly, collaborative team.
