Triangle Recruitment are looking to recruit a Despatch/Purchasing Administrator for its busy Burton client. The role is to provide an efficient administration service to the busy Despatch Office, working alongside colleagues from within the business and from Transport companies. It is a requirement that all training events specified by the company are attended.
Duties Include: -
To be a proactive enthusiastic member of the Despatch Office Team.
To ensure that all administration duties will be performed to an excellent standard.
To oversee the induction of hauliers and delivery drivers to site and ensure adherence to site PPE requirements
Downloading and printing pick-slips, pallet labels and dispatch notes as required.
