Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a confident, self-motivated Account Manager to support and expand their client portfolio. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery. You’ll work with well-known brands, often within tight deadlines, collaborating cross-functionally on a daily basis.
Job Role
1. Manage key accounts to drive sales growth and profitability
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
3. Take detailed client briefs and fully understand project requirements
4. Oversee projects through structured tracking processes from concept to delivery
5. Work closely with Design and Sales Administration teams to ensure smooth execution
6. Ensure client concepts are commercially viable and manufacturable
7. Achieve agreed sales and performance targets
8. Maintain awareness of products, competitors and market trends
Skills and Experience
9. Proven account management experience
10. Background in cosmetics or a similar retail-led sector advantageous
11. Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
12. Excellent communication and organisational ability
13. Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
14. Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
