Data Administration Assistant What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Data Administration Assistant based in our Kettering office.

You will have excellent attention to detail and be accountable for data integrity within our systems to facilitate the the warehouse operations giving our customers the best experience.

You’ll be the ‘go to’ for Operations data .

Provide support to our London Office teams in maintaining relevant reports/dashboards.

Proactive in terms of identifying improvement opportunities to further enhance BrandAlley’s efficient fulfilment centre, inbound processes, and distribution networks.

1. Work with the Inbound Operations Supervisor to ensure relevant data is loaded into systems.

Support in maintaining current fulfilment and courier and reporting utilising Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Power BI, Scurri and Rota planning software in combination with our own bespoke WMS.

Support in co-ordination of external contractor visits for planned and ad hoc works, facilities maintenance and health and safety inspections.

Ensure ESG and best value considerations are optimised whilst supporting the ordering of PPE, consumable and sundry items.

Ensure the highest Health and Safety standards are upheld by monitoring and co-ordinating relevant reporting in consultation with the Health and Safety Committee.

Support in co-ordination of recruitment agencies to ensure effective recording of agency hours.

Ordering of consumables on accounts, maintaining adequate levels to ensure no risk to service.

During peak periods support the warehouse with recruitment admin tasks.

Ensure zone capacity and mapping is correct to allow space planning for buying team and efficient picking, storing of stock.

What you’ll bring… Proactive, positive self-starter who prides themselves on being creative problem solving with the ability to work independently whilst also fitting in well with a high performing, approachable team culture.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and similar.

Support will be given to write / develop reports.

Desire to keep continuously improving areas of reporting and business through new advancing technologies.

Ability to collate and translate numbers into reports for senior team to review A great communicator, verbally and in writing to ensure engagement and influencing of internal and external customers Flexible but organised approach to adapt to the fast paced and evolving requirements of a top-class fulfilment centre. This may include weekend and evening working when required Handles difficult situations calmly and contributes to finding a positive outcome.
