Client Relationship Manager Job
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client portfolios and provide high-level service across accounts and tax.
* Develop strong working relationships with clients and become the primary point of contact for day-to-day queries.
* Oversee the preparation and review of accounts and tax returns for both incorporated and unincorporated entities.
* Provide guidance and oversight for junior team members.
* Identify tax planning opportunities and contribute to advisory assignments across VAT, NIC, and business structuring.
* Support partners with specialist projects and strategic advisory work.
* Plan and delegate work effectively across the team to meet deadlines and budgets.
* Monitor progress against key dates for accounts and tax submissions.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Qualifications & Experience:
* AACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification, or equivalent experience.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a practice environment, with solid knowledge of accounting and tax.
* Managerial experience and/or exposure to rural or property sector clients is advantageous.
