Key Responsibilities
1. Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, as required
2. Deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions to accelerate progress
3. Assist teachers in planning and adapting learning activities to meet individual needs
4. Support pupils with SEND and those requiring additional pastoral or behavioural support
5. Contribute to the creation of a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment
6. Promote positive behaviour and model the school’s values at all times
7. Support assessment by observing, recording, and feeding back on pupil progress
8. Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals
9. Assist with supervision during breaktimes, lunchtime, or school activities when required
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
10. Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
11. Has experience supporting pupils across primary age ranges
12. Demonstrates strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
13. Is patient, nurturing, and committed to inclusive practice
14. Is confident supporting pupils with SEND, including those with speech and language, SEMH, autism, or learning needs
15. Can use initiative and remain calm under pressure
16. Is enthusiastic about contributing to whole-school life
