About the role
This call is an expression of interest for an Associate Head of School role covering maternity leave. The appointment is temporary and will end on the return of the substantive post-holder. Should the current post-holder return earlier than anticipated, the cover arrangement will conclude at that point.
This role requires someone who is responsive, reliable and able to work calmly under pressure. You will need strong people management skills, sound judgement, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.
Role overview
The post holder must have strong experience across general business disciplines, with clear evidence of sustained delivery and measurable impact across the educational portfolio, including executive education.
The role has direct responsibility for NSS, graduate outcomes, continuation and completion, working closely with Programme Leaders and Level Leads to secure improvement at pace. The post holder will work closely with the Head of School on workload planning and delivery.
