Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide tailored support to students diagnosed with ADHD, SEMH, ASC, and other conditions, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
* Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Work closely with teachers and other staff to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and engage students in their learning activities.
* Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Experience in a similar role, preferably within an SEN setting.
2. A strong understanding of the needs of students with ADHD, SEMH, ASC, and other special educational needs.
