Introduction:

Our client is a global leader with a legacy of providing high-quality food and beverage products made from the finest ingredients worldwide. You may have already enjoyed their products.


Overview:

This role offers a rewarding adventure. The company is exploring a new opportunity in the UK grocery market and seeks someone with experience launching new products into retail.

Ideal candidates may have worked for startups or SMEs, releasing products into TOP4 retailers. The role requires a broad skill set including shopper marketing, business development, and account management.

Strong commercial management skills are essential, along with energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to handle day-to-day account issues, identify new opportunities, and develop engagement strategies.


Person Specification:

Extensive FMCG experience, particularly in food, is required. The candidate should be quick to learn and analyze market trends, problem-solve rapidly, think laterally, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive results.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a new-to-market product with significant potential.


Package:

Salary and Benefits: approximately £75,000
