We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the company and assist in managing a residential groundworks project.
Rates are negotiable!
This is for an immediate start!
Project Manager Responsibilities:
* Reporting and working alongside the Operations Manager.
* Site supervision and compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Keeping site diaries.
* Producing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
* Producing cost plans.
* Ensuring quality assurance.
* Producing programmes.
* Managing the client relationship.
* Providing progress reports.
* Managing and ordering materials, overseeing site operations.
Project Manager Requirements:
* CSCS card.
* SMSTS certification.
* First aid certification.
* Temporary Works Coordinator (beneficial).
* Experience in residential projects.
* Experience in cost plans, RAMS, programming, etc.
* Minimum 12 years of project management experience.
