The Role - Dental Technician at Adelphi Orthodontics
We are looking for an experienced Dental Technician who wants to play a key role in the Adelphi Orthodontics success story. Working in a team of 6, you will support the day-to-day running of the laboratory, ensuring the highest standards of quality, precision, and service are consistently delivered.

Key duties:
* Construct a range of orthodontic appliances to a high standard of quality and accuracy
* Manage and process lab orders efficiently, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
* Maintain accurate records and prepare cases for delivery
* Ensure the laboratory and equipment are clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
* Monitor stock levels and order materials as required
* Work collaboratively with the lab team and liaise with practices to ensure smooth workflow and communication
Requirements:
* Understanding dental materials, orthodontic appliances, and lab processes (e.g. acrylic work, wire bending, CAD/CAM if applicable) is essential.
* Qualified Dental Technician or relevant laboratory experience
* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to high-quality work and continuous improvement
* Understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
Desirable:
* GDC registration
* Experience in orthodontic laboratory work
* Experience producing complex orthodontic appliances
* Familiarity with digital workflows or CAD/CAM systems
* Knowledge of relevant lab software or systems
