Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ilford with flexibility to work remotely. As a Mortgage Broker, you will assist clients in identifying the best mortgage and financial products tailored to their needs. Your daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, securing mortgage agreements, evaluating financial situations, providing expert advice, and guiding clients through the entire mortgage process. You will also support debt consolidation strategies, participate in brokerage activities, and collaborate with the marketing team to promote mortgage offerings.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Mortgage Brokerage and Mortgage Marketing
* Proficiency in Debt Consolidation and understanding of Finance
* Ability to advise and guide clients with personalized solutions
* Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
* Prior experience as a Mortgage Broker or a similar role
* Accreditation or certification in mortgage advising (e.g., CeMAP or equivalent)
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
* Knowledge of the UK mortgage and property market
