About the Role
We are looking for professional marketing candidates to fill an invaluable role as Marketing Business Partner. The purpose of this role is to meet the daily operational marketing needs of a group of teams within the firm. It is a proactive, hands‑on, multi‑channel role that supports the teams to deliver marketing outcomes and maximise emerging opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for service, office or sector teams.
* Understand the legal work, clients and markets of the teams to help drive growth.
* Drive and deliver action on the team’s marketing plan, including events, digital content, collateral and campaigns.
* Respond to, triage and scope marketing needs, assessing value and risk of emerging opportunities and allocating resources accordingly.
* Access shared resources such as the website team, graphics team and marketing kit, coordinating with other Marketing Business Partners to ensure availability.
* Work with and delegate to marketing leads as a resource base to help deliver.
* Provide marketing data and reports on outcomes and project costs.
* Deliver end‑to‑end team‑led events: invitation, set‑up and execution.
* Support teams with content plans, SEO‑informed article editing and profile raising initiatives.
* Produce collateral such as podcasts, capability statements, leaflets and videos.
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience in a similar size and type of professional services organisation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong eye for detail and proofreading skills.
* Experience handling complex or technically drafted copy for multiple audiences.
* Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
* Higher‑level thinking and natural problem‑solving ability.
* Track record of delivering campaigns and projects across multiple marketing channels, including events, webinars, digital, print and business‑development materials.
* Emotional intelligence and resilience.
* High drive to perform consistently at a high level.
* Passion for marketing, supported by a marketing‑focused degree and/or CIM qualification.
* A project management qualification would be advantageous.
