Key Responsibilities: Handling incoming orders efficiently, ensuring all details are correctly processed and logged. Inputting and managing data across various CRM systems such as ACT and Word, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Setting up and managing contracts, ensuring all legal and compliance documentation is in place. Assisting with the ordering of materials and fixings for woodworking projects, ensuring all requirements are met. Answering phone calls and managing customer and supplier inquiries in a professional manner. Providing solutions to any queries from clients or internal teams.
