Our client is a Prestige dealership, who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Service Team Leader to join their team.
You will be focused on delivering a very high level of brand experience to your customers, committed to making a difference and wanting to join a company who can offer long-term career progression.
Service Team Leader Role:
1. To Manage all service telephone and Walk-in enquires
2. To meet and greet customers, qualify and identify customer’s needs for at vehicle drop-off
3. To progress and update the customer throughout the day
4. To discuss and up-sell additional work to the customer.
5. Advise, and forward diarised unsold work
6. Carry out inspections where necessary prior to handover to customer
7. To ensure you deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
About You:
8. To have main dealership experience as a Service Advisor/ Service team Leader
9. To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
10. To have a valid driving licence
11. Good working knowledge of Kerridge
Package:
Basic £30K – OTE £42K
Hours:
45 hour week – Monday to Friday
