About The Role
We have a terrific opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor working across Scotland and the North of England to join our Ground Engineering business.
Reporting to the project Commercial Manager, you will manage a team of quantity surveyors and take responsibility for the management of all costs and income relating to the project from commencement through to completion.
Day to day, you will look to minimise the costs of the project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. You will also lead on supply chain procurement and require a focus on building a strong client relationship.

Qualifications
* BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
* CSCS Card (Academically Qualified/Professional Qualified Person)
* MRCIS/MCInstCES/MCIOB (or working towards them)
* A good track record leading and managing a commercial team
* Major projects experience would be desirable
