Description
A leading manufacturing organisation are looking to recruit a Qualified Finance Manager to join their team. Acting as a business partner you will be working closely with the operational teams providing financial support and analysis as well as reporting the Senior Members of the Management team.
A summary of duties and responsibilities will include :
* Monthly and ad hoc accurate management information reports and management of month end procedures
* Provision of finance support service to operations, with line management responsibility for 1 direct report
* Preparation, analysis and reporting of all financial data relating to Operations
* Regular reporting to Group of savings achieved through business projects
* Monthly variance analysis including recoveries, yield and stock. Management of stock take / cycle counting accuracy
* Management / reporting of WIP
* Determination of, analysis and reporting of key drivers for operations
* Accuracy of product costs in SAP, including BOM's and recipes
* Produce annual budgets and rolling forecasts quarterly
* Drive clear understanding of operational performance through regular meetings with operational managers
Spplications are welcome from CIMA or ACCA qualified Accountants with minimum 5 years PQE and eExperience of working in a manufacturing environment with standard costing principles is essential. You will have advanced Excel skills and working experience of SAP or other ERP system.
