What You’ll Do
1. Partner with managers to build motivated, high‑performing teams 💪
2. Support performance, talent and reward cycles with clarity and structure 📈
3. Lead and influence change as we mobilise a new service 🔄
4. Handle ER matters with confidence, fairness and empathy 💬
5. Use insights and data to help leaders make strong people decisions 📊
6. Collaborate closely with central HR teams for specialist support 🧰
7. Champion our inclusive, people‑first culture across the contract 🌈
What You’ll Bring
8. Graduate‑level experience (CIPD Level 5 preferred) 🎓
9. Strong generalist HR experience in multi‑site or operational environments 🏭
10. Solid understanding of employment law & HR best practice 📚
11. Confident communicator, coach and relationship‑builder 🗣️
12. Commercially sharp, hands‑on and solutions‑focused 💼🔧
13. Bonus: FM, housing or field‑based operations experience 🏘️
