JLH are shortlisting on behalf of a national hotel company who due to internal progression are looking for a HR Business partner to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a vast knowledge of employment law, ability to manage processes and work closely with the General Manager's on reactive and proactive HR policies. Hospitality experience is essential and Hotel experience is preferred.
The role will look after a number of hotels so the ability to work remotely as well as the ability to travel with overnight stays is essential. You will have a number of hotels that you are responsible for across the midlands.
