What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and support frontline catering and hostess teams, overseeing the smooth running of daily meal services.
* Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards.
* Manage stock and deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation.
* Work closely with Dietitians and ward staff to keep services running on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide clear leadership, motivation and direction to supervisors and frontline catering and housekeeping staff.
* Ensure all food safety, hygiene and legislative requirements are consistently met.
* Oversee the accurate receipt, storage and rotation of all deliveries and stock.
* Complete departmental, service and ward based audits, including PLACE led assessments.
* Manage the day‑to‑day performance, training and development of catering staff.
* Address customer concerns, service issues and complaints promptly to maintain high service standards.
