Clinical Support Specialist – Sleep & Respiratory

They are seeking a dedicated and motivated Clinical Specialist to join their team. This role involves working closely with both patients and healthcare professionals, providing education, training, and post-care support in the field of sleep & respiratory solutions.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the growth of the business while working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
* Provide post-care support to patients, including assistance in sleep labs.
* Train and educate employees in sleep and respiratory clinics to ensure best practices.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
* Conduct regular one-to-one calls with team members to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
* Work independently in the field while contributing as a team player.
* Occasionally travel to company events or meetings.
Qualifications:
* Background in sleep/respiratory related healthcare or similar clinical experience is highly desirable.
* A self-motivated individual with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently while maintaining close connections with team members and employees.
* Previous experience in a clinical support or training role is a plus.
