TEMPORARY PRODUCTION OPERATIVES
NOVEMBER STARTS - £15.41 per hour
Our client based in Hindley Green; Wigan are looking to recruit Production Operatives for immediate starts on an ongoing long-term basis. Based within a busy manufacturing environment in the WN2 location you will be working as part of a busy team of cell operatives.
Candidates must have a flexible approach to shift working, excellent attention to detail and have a good understanding of health and safety in the workplace.
Duties will include:
1. Operating high speed machinery to assist in the production of rubber products.
2. Quality checking of products
3. Working towards daily targets
4. Physical/manual handling
5. Working various 8-hour shift patterns - (4 week rotating shift pattern)
This role operates on a rotating shift pattern across 4 weeks:
- Week 1: Afternoon Shift Sunday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Saturday & Sunday off)
- Week 2: Morning Shift Monday to Saturday, 6:00am to 2:00pm
- Week 3: Night Shift Sunday to Friday, 10:00pm to 6:00am
- Week 4: Paid 8 shifts off following completion of the night shift
