A global packaging brand management company are seeking a Packaging Project Manager to join its dynamic and well-established team. You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing innovative projects, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of delivery. Based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, with one day a week at the client's offices in Welwyn Garden City, this role offers a stimulating and collaborative environment where no two days are the same.
Salary to £30,000 to £35,000 plus Benefits
What You Will Do:
* Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines are met and all stakeholders are kept informed.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation, including financial tasks and invoicing, to ensure smooth operations.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal teams, acting as a key liaison between stakeholders.
* Monitor and manage project risks and challenges, providing daily updates and solutions.
* Create and oversee micro critical paths aligned with client launch schedules.
* Provide expert consultation on artwork and pre-press processes, supporting internal teams with query resolution.
What You Will Bring:
* At least 2 years of experience in artwork or reprographic services, with an understanding of technical artwork and print processes.
* Proven experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to handle external stakeholders effectively.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage confidently with various stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, and adaptability to bespoke software solutions.
