Basic Salary: £24k - £28k
Realistic OTE: approx. £60k per annum

Marmon Lift Recruitment is a specialist recruitment business focused exclusively on the UK lift engineering sector — a niche technical market where experienced candidates are in high demand and companies rely on skilled recruiters who understand the industry. As a result, skilled recruiters in this space earn strong monthly commission.
Due to continued growth and an increasing number of exclusive and retained vacancies, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join the business and work directly alongside founder Ben Marmon.
You will receive hands-on mentoring, learning how to operate successfully in a specialist recruitment market. This is a delivery-focused role centred on candidate sourcing and engagement, while Ben manages established client relationships.
Working on live vacancies with real clients, you will gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle and quickly have the opportunity to achieve placements and earn commission.
Responsibilities of a Recruitment Resourcer:

Sourcing candidates for live vacancies through a variety of channels.

Speaking with candidates daily over the phone and building strong relationships
*
Qualifying candidates thoroughly to assess suitability
*
Building shortlists for clients
*
Supporting interview processes
This is not a high-volume recruitment environment — the focus is on quality relationships and successful placements. We pride ourselves on helping our candidates, not just filling a role.
The Ideal Candidate:

Wants to develop a career in recruitment — Some experience is helpful but not essential.

Confident speaking on the phone building relationships with people
*
Organised, proactive, and persistent; comfortable with objection handling
Candidates from the following backgrounds often succeed: Estate Agency, Lettings Negotiation, Outbound Sales / Telesales, Customer Success roles with heavy phone work
Sourcing skills can be taught — attitude and work ethic are key.
