Customer Facing Quality Lead Our client is manufacturing high-end products servicing the marine sector with an ever-increasing product range. Customer expectations are excellence in product design, cost and delivery performance. As Customer Facing Quality Lead, you will be customer faced ensuring products and services meet recognised standard by developing and implementing quality control processes, monitoring production and conducting audits. You will work with various inhouse teams, eg manufacturing, design, sales and purchasing to address and resolve corrective actions.
