Team Lead Occupational Therapist / Team Lead Nursing – Community Rehabilitation (Mental Health)

Overview
This role provides pivotal leadership to ensure the delivery of community rehabilitation services for mental health. The Team Lead will support multiagency teams, drive improvements and ensure positive outcomes for people.
Responsibilities
* Lead multiagency teams in mental health settings.
* Provide leadership, professional support & supervision to staff.
* Promote independence and choice in service provision.
* Make complex, contentious decisions and communicate them effectively and sensitively.
* Manage conflict in a constructive manner.
* Apply and understand governance and assurance mechanisms within the HSCP.
Qualifications
* Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Occupational Therapist with relevant mental health experience.
* Experience in leading multiagency teams.
* Experience in providing professional support and supervision to staff.
* Understanding of principles promoting independence and choice.
* Ability to make complex decisions and communicate them sensitively.
* Knowledge of governance and assurance mechanisms within the HSCP (desirable).
* Appropriate criminal records check and Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme membership/record.
