The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with 2–4 years' post-qualification experience to join a Legal 500 recognised Private Client team. The role offers exposure to a diverse caseload and the chance to develop your expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Drafting wills and providing strategic advice on will structures Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Managing probate administration including initial enquiries, asset searches, and probate applications Handling estate administration matters including beneficiary liaison, third-party correspondence, estate accounts preparation, and distributions Supporting Court of Protection matters and deputyship applications Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision Maintaining accurate file records and billing processes Essential Requirements 2–4 years' post-qualification experience in private client law Genuine enthusiasm for all aspects of private client work Strong time management and organisational capabilities Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues Proactive, professional approach with a growth mindset Ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively This role offers the opportunity to work in a prestigious Manchester location with a supportive team and clear development prospects.
