Job Title: Care Technology Support Officer
Location: Wandsworth
Hourly rate: £17.50 PAYE / £23.10 UMB Per Hour
Contract Length: 3-month contract (possibility of extension)
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 36 hours
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and process care technology referrals.
* Maintain accurate user records and appointment scheduling.
* Ensure data is correctly recorded in the Council's Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).
* Respond to enquiries and provide advice on care technology products.
* Produce reports and management information.
* Manage financial processes including invoicing, account setup, and debt recovery.
* Monitor inventory and liaise with suppliers.
* Support complaint resolution and maintain records.
What We're Looking For
* Knowledge of adult social care or the health sector.
* PNC and Mosaic experience.
* Experience in public or voluntary sector, ideally in adult social care.
* Strong administrative skills and proficiency in MS Office.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to manage workload independently and solve problems proactively.
* Financial acumen and ability to present complex financial information clearly.
* Analytical skills to identify trends and support service improvement.
