We are seeking a Digital Manager to joinour team. This role can be completed in a hybrid way, spending 2 daysa week in our Solihull, or Dudley offices.
Responsibilities:
* Digital Strategy &Performance: Lead and manage all external digital platforms,ensuring a cohesive multi-channel marketing strategy across SEO, PPC,social media, email, and web.
* Paid Media & Advertising:Oversee the planning and execution of digital campaigns acrossowned, earned, and paid media, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads,Facebook/Instagram Ads, and programmatic display. Manage and optimisePPC campaigns to maximise ROI.
* SEO & Organic Growth: Enhance search visibility and organic traffic by managing SEO-focusedstrategies, conducting keyword research, performing competitoranalysis, and collaborating with content teams to ensure SEO-friendlycontent creation.
* Website & Landing Page Optimisation:Improve website conversion rates and user experience by settingKPIs, tracking performance, and implementing A/B testing andmultivariate testing for optimisation.
* Analytics &Performance Reporting: Track and optimise campaign performanceusing analytics tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, GoogleData Studio, Power BI, and Tableau.
* Emerging DigitalTrends & AI Marketing: Stay ahead of emerging digital trends,AI-driven marketing, and personalisation, implementing AI andautomation-driven marketing innovations where applicable.
* Content Optimisation & UX/UI: Ensure that digitalcontent aligns with UX/UI best practices by leveraging tools such asGoogle Optimize, Optimizely, and Hotjar to analyse user behaviour andenhance engagement.
Skills & Experience:
* Extensive experience in a digital marketing role managingdigital channels.
* Strong understanding of multi-channelmarketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and web.
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads,Facebook/Instagram Ads, and programmatic display advertising.
* Expertise in SEO strategies, keyword research, competitoranalysis, and content optimisation.
* Experience in settingKPIs, tracking performance, and optimising digital campaigns throughA/B testing and data analytics
* Proficiency in reportingdashboards such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, and Tableau.
* Desirable experience in AI-driven marketing, automation, andUX/UI optimisation using tools like Google Optimize or Hotjar.
