Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading distribution company in their search for Production Operative to work in their leading facility based in Deeside.
For the successful Production Operative our client is offering:
1. £12.66 per hour, plus shift allowance on night shift (hours worked from 10pm-6am are paid at £14.21 p/h)Shift
2. Rotation Monday - Thursday 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am
3. Temporary to Permanent positions
4. On site parking
5. Long weekend every week.
The role - Production Operator:
6. Monitoring product quality on the production lines
7. Reporting any defects in materials or products
8. Packing products ready for dispatch in accordance with specification sheets ensuring all product quality meets the Company standards.
9. Operate and monitor packing machinery and report any defects
What our client is looking for in a Production Operator:
10. Food Manufacturing experience- ESSENTIAL
11. Fast paced Production line experience is desirable.
12. Reliable with a positive and hardworking attitude.
13. Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
14. This role will involve standing for long periods of time and lifting.
15. High levels of attention to detail.
16. Available for an immediate start.
