This role is ideal for a confident lister who thrives on winning instructions, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth. You’ll be a key figure in the branch, delivering accurate valuations while also playing an active role in converting listings into successful sales. Key Responsibilities Conduct accurate and professional property valuations Win new instructions and build a strong pipeline of listings Maintain and update property records and marketing details Develop and nurture relationships with vendors and buyers Provide expert advice on pricing strategy and market conditions Stay ahead of local market trends and competitor activity Work closely with sales teams to maximise conversion from listing to sale Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals throughout the sales process Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met Contribute to team performance and attend regular team meetings About You Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a valuation/listing role Proven track record of winning instructions and driving revenue Strong knowledge of the local property market Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills Target-driven, proactive, and highly motivated Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Full UK driving licence
