We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, you will design and facilitate impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams in increasing performance, productivity, and shaping culture.
This role allows you to connect deeply with clients' businesses to facilitate innovative team development solutions. Responsibilities also include supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.
Your contributions include:
* Translating customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
* Designing customized leadership development programs on various topics.
* Delivering remote Learning and Leadership Development Programs.
* Providing Executive Coaching and feedback coaching using our CORE assessment products, along with "Train-the-Trainer" programs for scaling.
* Leveraging existing building blocks to create new programs.
* Building professional relationships with clients.
* Co-creating innovative team leadership development journeys.
* Applying organizational change management approaches and tools.
Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience
* Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred.
* Coaching Certification (ICF)
* Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders on cross-functional teams.
* Proficient in designing and facilitating effective team meetings, content, and materials.
* Experience consulting in-house is a plus.
* Familiarity with leadership assessment tools and models.
* Ability to handle strategic and tactical tasks seamlessly.
* Effective communication skills and interpersonal engagement.
* A growth mindset and willingness to develop expertise in key areas.
