Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and domestic flooring. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of various types of flooring materials in residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Sustainable Flooring Ltd will provide a work vehicle. our work is in the North West Manchester area. Duties Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas Install various types of flooring including, laminate, carpet, and vinyl Prepare subfloors by cleaning, levelling, and repairing as necessary Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations Follow schematics and project plans to ensure accurate installation Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the installation process Conduct final inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met Requirements Proven experience in cap n cove system of installation Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to flooring installation Strong skills with an understanding of floor installing techniques Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings Experience in construction drawings is an advantage but not essential Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment stamina to carry out a job to a very good standard If you possess the skills and experience required for this role, we encourage you to apply for the opportunity to join our dedicated team of professionals.
