We are ready to hire several Assistant Project Managers to join our growing Environmental Project Management team. You will play a key role in multidisciplinary environmental projects, supporting the Project Manager and Technical Lead to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will work on a diverse range of environmentally focused projects across the UK in both the public and private sectors.
Our clients include High Speed 2, Homes England, UK Defence, Heathrow, Bristol Airport, Flotation Energy, Rampion Wind Farm, Orsted Hornsea Three Wind Farm, Grid, and EDF Energy.
Your role will include:
1. Supporting the development of project proposals, including scope, requirements, resources, programme, and cost estimates.
2. Assisting in developing project management documentation such as plans, budgets, risk registers, schedules, and stakeholder registers.
3. Monitoring and updating project schedules and milestones.
4. Preparing health and safety documentation for site visits and obtaining approvals.
5. Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and tracking actions.
6. Managing information via industry-standard platforms like SharePoint and ProjectWise.
7. Working with multidisciplinary environmental teams and suppliers.
8. Assisting in the administration of supplier contracts.

* A degree in a relevant field or relevant project management experience and qualifications.
* Project experience, preferably in environment or sustainability sectors.
