Aviva is currently seeking a dynamic Insurance Performance Manager to join our Retail team.
This is an exciting time to join Aviva's personal lines business. After a period of profitable growth, we are expanding key teams across the company.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership and deliver excellent customer and commercial outcomes for one of the country's largest insurers, with prospects for professional growth and development.
About the role:
The Insurance Performance Manager role is within Personal Lines Retail, a major growth area for Aviva, serving as its 'shop window' and primary customer touchpoint through digital channels.
Our goal is to be the number one insurer in the market. To achieve this, we need to lead in pricing and product propositions, aiming to grow our business and market share significantly.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing proposition strategies to meet business goals
2. Driving portfolio performance through ownership and initiatives
3. Leading, engaging, and motivating teams to achieve outcomes
4. Analyzing information to inform decisions and actions
5. Fostering a collaborative, creative work environment
Skills and experience required:
* Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of the personal lines insurance market
* Curiosity and drive to advance the business
* Excellent stakeholder management skills to inspire high performance
* Confidence in challenging norms, leading change, and adapting quickly
* Experience managing projects with timely delivery and quality outcomes
