In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a broad programme of interlinked projects, ensuring that all activity is aligned with strategic objectives and geared towards sustainable, responsible growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage key programme documentation, including strategic and business cases. Define programme scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and quality benchmarks. Monitor and coordinate interdependent projects and milestones across departments. Allocate and manage resources effectively to avoid bottlenecks and delays. Identify and mitigate risks, responding proactively to challenges and opportunities. Oversee the transition of outcomes into operational use, ensuring business readiness. Implement robust governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms. Engage and influence stakeholders across varying levels of interest and authority. Drive consistent, standardised delivery across multiple initiatives. Experience & Competencies: Demonstrated success in programme or project management roles. Strong working knowledge of project management frameworks. Highly organised with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator and stakeholder manager. Proficient in Microsoft Office; SharePoint or similar tools a plus. Experience in disaster recovery planning is advantageous.
