What you’ll be doing… As a Catering Supervisor, you will lead and support the on-site catering team to deliver an efficient, high-quality service for Elior UK, our customers and clients. You will play a key role in supervising daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring excellent service standards. Supervising, motivating, and managing the catering team Recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues Managing and monitoring budgets effectively Maintaining clear team communication and building strong internal and external relationships Producing management reports and liaising with clients to support operational excellence Ensuring compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety regulations, legal requirements, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues Working closely with the General Manager to support accounts and administrative tasks Working Pattern: Job ID: What can you bring?
