IT Service Desk Technician - Hemel Hempstead - £25K-£28K DOE
Due to recent promotions and internal growth, a well-established IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in Hemel Hempstead is looking to expand their 2nd Line team.

Key Skills required:
* Previous experience in an MSP support desk or a field/customer-facing role
* Windows 10/11 OS & Desktop OS experience
* Office 365 administration (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
* Active Directory/Azure AD
* Good networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
* Proven experience troubleshooting via logs, tickets, and reports
The role involves administering 1st Line support requests, accurate call logging, and escalation when necessary. You will work closely with the Service Desk team in a collaborative environment, sharing experience and skills.
