Tasks And Responsibilities You’ll own the shopper marketing agenda for some of the UK’s most trusted health brands. Your goal: deliver activation plans that win with both retailers and consumers. Lead shopper campaigns from concept to shelf, grounded in insight, executed with excellence. Drive omnichannel activation, integrating in-store, digital, and retailer media. Build trusted retail partnerships, you’ll be the go-to shopper marketing contact for key customers. Manage agency relationships to deliver creative, compliant, and commercially effective activations. Track impact and ROI, owning a shopper marketing budget of up to £2M. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, and Category teams to ensure shopper strategy drives both sell-in and sell-out.
