Job Title: Asbestos Administrator
Location: Grays, Essex
Salary/Benefits: £26k - £31k + Training & Benefits
We are recruiting in the South East of England, for a client-focused and organised Asbestos Administrator. You will be joining a well-established, UKAS accredited outfit. You will be responsible for supporting new and existing client accounts, through effective project coordination and managing time-sensitive communications with clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to prioritise their own workload. Our client is offering competitive salaries and benefits for the successful applicant.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Track record working as an Administrator within a UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy
- It would be advantageous to hold the BOHS P402, or RSPH equivalent
- Rounded understanding of the Asbestos industry
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Confident using IT software (ideally TEAMS and / or TRACKER)
- Strong communicator
- Professional manner
The Role:
- Overseeing the successful completion of client contracts
- Acting as a key point of contact for key clients – answering technical and logistical queries
- Booking projects and appointments for asbestos site staff
- Ensuring site staff are attending sites as organised and meeting project deadlines
- Handling new client enquiries
- Proof-reading and editing asbestos survey reports before sending onto clients
- Data inputting onto internal and client portals
- Keeping clients updates with projects
- Supporting members of management with administrative tasks
- Issuing invoices to clients
