We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our specialist school in Ellesmere Port, supporting children and young people aged 7 to 16 years. Our school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for pupils with autism, often with additional learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. Key Responsibilities: Support pupils' learning and development under the direction of the class teacher and SENCO. Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies. Promote positive behaviour and encourage social and emotional development. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide tailored support to each student.
