We are looking for a Part-Time Payroll Assistant (24 hours per week) to join the Finance at Thermatic Technical FM. This role will support the operations and finance team to accurately record all payroll data for submission to our external payroll for processing. The role would be varied covering the accurate recording of timesheet data, processing all monthly payroll amendments, dealing with timesheet and payroll queries and annual P11d processing. Schedule to be agreed but worked between Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Skills, Experience & Qualifications: You must be comfortable working in a busy environment and must be able pick things up quickly whilst maintaining high standards of work and having a high attention to detail. Ideally you will have at least 1 years’ experience working within an in-house payroll role. You will need experience in Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities include: Downloading timesheet data and accurately recording this for review Challenging incorrect data with the operations team Updating payroll amendments files for any changes throughout the month Accurately updating the payroll spreadsheets on a monthly basis Reconciling the external payroll data to our in-house spreadsheets Being the main point of contact for all payroll queries Annual processing of P11d’s Other duties as required by the financial controller.
