ACS are recruiting for a Litigation Solicitor with 3 years+ PQE to join an established law firm in Liverpool City Centre.
Successful candidate will be undertaking a mixed bag of litigation work including breach of contract, debt, landlord/tenant & professional negligence.
Responsibilities
* To undertake a substantial personal caseload of housing and general litigation (including more complex work including the provision of legal advice, drafting of complex documentation and litigation).
* To maintain an up-to-date comprehensive knowledge of developments in the relevant areas of law and disseminate that information and any implications for the Council to Relevant Senior Council Managers and members of the Team as necessary.
* To assist with litigation, advice, and general work of Law & Public Services as required.
* To assist with the development and training of staff, as required.
Salary £35,000 +
