THE EMPLOYER IS: POCKET BOX LTD. We are seeking a motivated Sales & Account Development Executive to help grow PocketBox by developing relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities. This role involves upselling, cross-selling, lead generation, and proactive customer engagement.
Responsibilities
* Managing and developing relationships with existing customers.
* Identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Contacting customers to promote new products or features.
* Researching and identifying new sales leads.
* Following up on enquiries and warm leads.
* Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
* Working closely with customer support to identify sales opportunities.
* Contributing ideas to improve sales performance and customer retention.
Skills and Qualifications
* Confident communicator with a professional phone manner.
* Comfortable engaging customers in sales conversations.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
* Results-focused.
* Experience using CRM or sales tracking systems.
* Understanding of upselling and cross-selling techniques.
* Interest in customer growth, retention, and relationship management.
