The candidate will ideally have CSCS card or EUSR card but it isn't essential as you would be put through the course. Pay is experience and skill based on a banding system. The client can take new pass drivers.42.5 Hours per week - £14-£16 an hour - Overtime is payed at time and a half20 days holiday plus bank holidays, Enrolment into pension, BUPA health care after 2 years service, Training and progression opportunities, Full PPE provided and Share Save Scheme.ResponsibilitiesRunning a jet vac unit to support across multiple drainage contractsMay involve some working away as it can be nationwide contracts the work is undertaken onBe physically able and fit to cover a lot of ground on foot and work in confined spaces. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues promptly. Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including delivery notes, logs, and route sheets. Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations during all aspects of driving and cargo handling. ExperienceConstruction or drainage work preferred but not essentialFull class 2 licence with valid CPC and no more than 6 pointsKnowledge of current road laws and safety regulations applicable to commercial vehicle operation. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently on busy schedules. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
