The team is expanding, and we are currently seeking a dedicated and detailed orientated operative to join our Warehouse Team in Wembley at London. You will be working in a fast-paced environment which holds stock of lighting consumables, l ighting textiles and equipment associated soft goods. The equipment in this department will be prepared to company standards and then inspected and restocked on return ensuring any damage is reported to the rental office. Core Responsibilities Using our rental software RT Pro, you will book, manage and fulfil hire requirements ensuring information to the warehouse team is accurate and timely, Set out procedures to allow smooth workflow in busy periods. Establish a positive environment in this department and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure whole orders are completed. Maintain an awareness of all current bookings and work with other members of the rental team to ensure all customers’ needs and expectations are managed to a high standard. Have an awareness of your live hires and their anticipated return dates to manage stock levels. Manage minimum stock levels for Consumable products. You will be required to manage stock levels and report any shortfalls in a timely fashion to allow equipment to be sourced in good time to fulfil hire obligations. What can we offer you in return?
